↘ Limited 5 Years Warranty

All Bagasi products are designed, made, and tested with our highest quality standards. Your luggage is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for 5 years from the day of the purchase.

↘ Seamless Repair & Replacement

If your luggage is damaged during the warranty period, you can contact us and we will put you in touch with a local dealer, distributor or repair center. We will take a closer look at the damage and if it’s covered under the warranty terms and condition, without any additional charge, we will do one of the following:

  • Repair the product and return it to you,
  • Replace the product if it’s beyond repair and send you a new product
  • Send you a comparable product if a replacement is no longer available in stock

In cases where the damage occurred during transport, please contact the airline or travel organization immediately at your arrival destination. Taking action while you’re still at the airport will give you the best chance of having your damage claim resolved

On the occasion where your warranty card is no longer valid, we will give you an estimate price for any repairs and other methods to help you get on with your travels.

↘ Cases To Consider

Your limited warranty card will not apply for the following cases:

Proof of purchase has been lost, erased, or is defaced/ illegible, purchase from unauthorized resellers; parallel imports; products sold as used, reconditioned, returned, refurbished or manufacturing seconds; any unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made; exposed to extreme temperature, acids, solvents, or humidity; UV degradation; normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents or stains); abuse, overloading or rough handling during transport (by Airlines)

↘ Wash & Care

Wash with warm water, soap or detergent. Applied with a soft sponge or cloth and rinse it with warm water.
